Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking District Shift Leaders to participate in a targeted GM development plan, with progression toward General Manager ownership when available.

You will manage a home location and occasionally support other bakeries, with shifts starting as early as 3am to ensure smooth opening operations. You will gain exposure to store administration, inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and learn to analyze P&L, control food costs, and manage labor targets as you grow into a

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work varied hours, including early starts (as early as 3am).
• Pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Travel within the market to gain experience and learn from leaders.
• Learn P&L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling and recruiting.
