Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan and to lead bakery operations within the market.

You will start early (as early as 3am) for bake and opening duties, functioning as a brand ambassador while training teams and ensuring top-quality food and service. Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan, if not already in possession.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Travel within the market for coverage and learning from other leaders.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
