Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a GM development plan to lead a bakery and, upon completion, advance to a General Manager role when a position is available.

You will begin with district-wide responsibilities, support other locations, and work shifts starting as early as 3am, ensuring high-quality food, guest satisfaction, and a safe, clean store environment while training teams and learning essential operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure quality food and safe environment.
• Assist with inventory, vendor orders, and cash management during GM development.
• Participate in growth path toward General Manager promotion within the market.
