Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support multiple bakeries and, after completing the GM development plan, advance to a General Manager role when a position becomes available. You will lead shifts starting as early as 3am, train teams, and ensure top-quality food and guest experience.

The role requires leadership experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to travel within the market to cover locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already possessed.
• Tip eligibility may vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at home bakery and assist other locations as needed.
• Lead teams, coach staff, and ensure high-quality food and service.
• Participate in the GM development plan and progress toward GM promotion.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations per plan.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
