Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support bakery operations and develop into a General Manager. You will work at a home location and may travel to support other locations, gaining leadership experience along the way.

Shifts start as early as 3am and you will coach teams, ensure high-quality food, and maintain a safe, clean store. The GM development plan covers inventory, cash handling, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and are expected to support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Traveling provides opportunity to gain independence and learn from additional leaders in the area.
• District Shift Leaders lead to GM readiness in the absence of the General Manager.
