Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and potentially take ownership of a bakery in the market.

You will lead day-to-day operations at a home location and assist other locations as needed, with an early start to prepare for bakery openings. You will coach teams, manage staffing, and contribute to inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling while working to meet food cost and labor targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification to be completed by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead district shift operations at home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams to ensure high quality food and service.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Position prepares you for eventual General Manager ownership within the market.
