Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a targeted General Manager development plan, learning to oversee a bakery and eventually assume a General Manager role when a position is available.

You will lead daily operations at a home location, while also supporting other bakeries in the market, traveling as needed to gain broader experience and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Train and coach team members to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Help learn GM skills including inventory tracking, scheduling, and recruiting when opportunities arise.
• Prepare to promote to General Manager within the market when available.
