Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking District Shift Leaders to join our GM development program. You will manage bakery operations at the home location and support other locations in the market, stepping in as a GM in training and preparing for future promotions.

Shifts begin as early as 3am; you will lead by example, coach teams, handle inventory, scheduling, and daily cash management while maintaining high food quality and a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred (2+ years)
• Must pass background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market
• Support bakery operations and lead teams across shifts
• Participate in GM development plan and prepare for GM promotion
