Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan. You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, leading by example and coaching teams to ensure high-quality food and service.

You’ll learn inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and P&L concepts, with a path toward permanent GM promotion when available. Shift starts as early as 3am.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.
• Willing to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Ability to relocate within the market if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams for GM readiness.
• Oversee inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Develop and promote General Manager candidates within the market.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Coordinate scheduling and recruit quality team members.
