Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring District Shift Leaders to support multiple bakeries within the market. You will perform management duties at a home location and travel to assist others as needed, starting shifts as early as 3am.

You will be groomed through a GM development plan with the goal of eventual General Manager promotion, while learning inventory, scheduling, and cost controls in a fast-paced bagel shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Jump into different roles each shift to ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
• Assist in training and coaching teams; support inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
