Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Wayland, MA is seeking a District Shift Leader as a stepping stone to General Manager.

You will lead bakery operations at the home location and support other stores in the market, starting as early as 3am to oversee the first bake and opening duties. You will participate in a GM development plan, learn inventory tracking, budgeting, scheduling, and recruiting, with the goal of eventual GM promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead district shifts at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Oversee opening duties beginning as early as 3am and ensure quality food and safety.
• Coach and train teams, delegate roles, and maintain brand standards.
• Rotate duties across roles to maintain efficient operations and guest experience.
