Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Berryville, VA, is seeking a District Shift Leader to train for a General Manager position. You will manage a home bakery and may assist other locations, coaching teams and ensuring quality food and a clean store.

Shifts begin as early as 3am; you will gain independence and leadership experience while learning inventory, vendor orders and cash management as part of the GM development plan. Minimum 18 years old. Benefits available as described.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams and be a brand ambassador.
• Oversee shifts starting as early as 3am and ensure high-quality food and a clean, safe store.
• Learn GM duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders and cash management as part of the development plan.
