Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Manvel, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader who will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market. You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high quality food and a safe store environment.

The role prepares you for a General Manager promotion; you’ll learn inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, scheduling, and P&L analysis under experienced leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, ensure high quality food and safe environment.
• Assist with inventory, vendor orders, and cash management; learn P&L and cost targets.
