Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support multiple bakeries and develop into a General Manager. You will perform management duties, train teams, and ensure quality food and a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires leadership experience, flexibility for early hours, and a path toward permanent GM promotion within the market. Travel to locations is expected; 3am starts are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work varied hours including early start times.
• Pass background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market.
• Support bakery operations and ensure high-quality food and service.
• Lead training, scheduling, and recruiting within the team.
• Develop into a General Manager and take ownership when available.
