Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Pleasant Grove, Utah is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a targeted General Manager development plan to prepare you to own a bakery as a GM when the opportunity arises.

You will lead operations at the home location, rotate to assist other bakeries in the market, and coach teams. Shifts start as early as 3am; you will learn inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and P&L concepts as you advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Able to work varied hours, including early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel within the market to gain independence and learn from other leaders.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of the GM development plan.
