Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to operate a bakery with an eye toward eventually becoming General Manager. You will oversee store operations, coach teams, and maintain food quality and guest experience at a busy Colleyville location.

Shifts may begin as early as 3am; you will travel to support other bakeries in the market and participate in a GM development plan designed to prepare you for a future GM role when a position opens.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide coaching and training to teams; ensure high quality food and beverage and a clean, safe store environment.
• Assist in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of the GM development plan.
