Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a targeted General Manager development plan and position you to take ownership of a bakery when a GM slot opens.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, lead shifts starting as early as 3am, coach teams, ensure food quality and a safe, clean store, and learn inventory, vendor orders, and cash management as you grow into a GM role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Pass background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations at the home location and support other bakeries.
• Lead by example and coach teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Participate in GM development plan with training in inventory, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Learn to analyze P&L and achieve food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting.
• Be available for shifts starting as early as 3am.
