Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Sandy, Utah, is seeking a District Shift Leader to support General Managers across the market. You will lead operations, coach teams, and participate in a formal GM development plan to advance to a Bakery General Manager when a position is available.

The role starts early (as early as 3am) to support bake and store duties, with training in inventory, cash management, and scheduling. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of plan if not already in possession.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for General Managers at locations within the market.
• Lead daily operations and coach teams to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Assist GM with inventory tracking, vendor orders, scheduling, and recruiting.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
