Einstein Bros. Bagels in Sandy, UT is seeking a District Shift Leader to train for a General Manager position. You will manage daily bakery operations at a home location and support other locations in the market as needed, with shifts starting early in the morning.

The role emphasizes coaching teams, maintaining quality, and working within a structured GM development plan to promote to a bakery GM when a position is available. At least 18 years old with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to work varied hours.
• Must pass background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe Certification must be completed by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high-quality food and service.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of GM development.
