Bruegger's Bagels in Brentwood, TN is seeking a District Shift Leader to join a path toward General Manager responsibilities. You will lead daily bakery operations, coach teams, and support multiple locations within the market as needed.

Shifts start as early as 3am to ensure smooth openings. The role offers a structured GM development plan, with training in inventory, cash management, and P&L concepts, preparing you for a permanent GM promotion when the opportunity arises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Lead at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Help manage store operations including scheduling, inventory tracking, and cash handling when developing into GM responsibilities.
