Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Flower Mound, TX is seeking District Shift Leaders to train for future General Manager roles. You will manage daily operations, lead teams, and uphold brand standards across shifts beginning as early as 3am.

As you progress through the GM development plan, you will gain experience in inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and P&L analysis. Ambition and reliability are rewarded with a clear path to ownership in the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and may support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Learn to manage inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling during the GM development plan.
• Aim for promotion to General Manager when a position is available within the market.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
