Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in League City, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and eventually lead a bakery as GM when a position is available. As a District Shift Leader you will perform management duties at a home location, support other bakeries in the market, lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and safe, clean store operations.

Early hours and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Travel opportunity within market; lead by example and coach teams to ensure high-quality food and safety.
• Learn P&L, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruitment during GM development.
