Job summary

Bagel Brands in Houston, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader who aspires to become General Manager. You’ll manage a bakery’s daily operations and support neighboring locations in the market as needed.

You’ll start early (as soon as 3am), coach teams, handle inventory, vendor orders, scheduling, and training as part of a GM development plan that leads to GM ownership when a position opens. If you are 18+, have leadership experience, and are excited to grow with Bagel Brands, we’d love to hear

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to work early hours, including 3am starts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations at a home location and provide support to other sites as needed.
• Lead by example, train and coach team members, and ensure food safety and quality.
• Assist with inventory, vendor orders, scheduling, and hiring per development plan.
