Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan to eventually lead a bakery as GM when a position is available.

Shifts begin early, with responsibilities including managing at the home location, supporting other bakeries, coaching teams, and ensuring high‑quality products while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. You could rise to GM as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not certified.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and may support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high‑quality food and beverages.
• Jump into different roles each shift to maintain safe, clean store operations.
• Support GM development toward eventual General Manager promotion when available.
