Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader as part of a GM development track. You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, with opportunities to advance to a General Manager role as positions become available.

Expect to lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean environment. Travel within the market provides broader learning and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Willing to work varied hours, including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Support GM development plan and prepare for eventual GM promotion.
• Lead by example, coach and train bakery teams across locations in the market.
• Manage shop operations, inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash handling to maintain quality and safety.
