Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Florida is seeking District Shift Leaders as part of a targeted General Manager development plan. You will manage daily store operations at a home location and assist other bakeries in the market as needed, traveling to gain experience and lead teams.

The role requires leadership experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and must be able to work early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. ServSafe Certification must be completed by plan end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel within the market to gain experience and lead teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for store teams.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages for guests and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
