Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader in West Hartford, CT to support and eventually advance to General Manager roles. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and a clean, safe store environment.

The role includes development toward the GM position, with early starts around 3am, a structured development plan, and market-wide leadership exposure. You must be 18+, with licensing and transportation to cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to pass background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by plan end.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts at a home location and assist other bakeries in the market.
• Coach and train team members to ensure high quality food and a safe, clean store.
• Support GM development and prepare for eventual General Manager promotion.
