Job summary

Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a District Shift Leader in Glastonbury, CT. You will perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market, with shifts starting as early as 3am to ensure store openings and high-quality food.

As the next in line for a General Manager role, you’ll receive a development plan, coaching, and training in P&L, food cost, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. Must be 18+ and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support GM development plans and store operations.
• Fill in for GMs at other locations within the market.
• Oversee inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Recruit and train team members and ensure health and safety standards.
