Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader in West Hartford, CT, to perform management duties at a home location and provide support to other bakeries in the market. The role starts with early hours and offers a pathway to General Manager through a targeted development plan.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment while advancing toward GM responsibilities in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach teams to ensure high-quality food and beverages.
• Support other bakeries in the market; travel as needed.
• Perform early-morning opening duties (as early as 3am) and manage store operations.
