Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, act as brand ambassador, and coach/train teams.
• Pursue GM promotion within the market as opportunities arise.
