Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a GM development plan and potentially advance to General Manager within the market. The role requires early hours, weekend availability, and a background that supports supervision and training of teams.

You will gain experience across store operations, inventory, vendor orders, and cash management, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and a 401K, while ensuring high-quality bagels and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.

Aufgaben

• Perform management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high-quality food and beverages.
• Oversee inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management during GM development.
• Travel within the market to support other locations and gain broader leadership experience.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and ensure compliance with company standards.
