Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader to support a General Manager development track and potentially advance to bakery GM roles. You will lead by example, coach teams, and rotate across locations in the market to maintain high standards.

Shifts start as early as 3am; strong leadership and willingness to travel are essential. A high school diploma and ServSafe certification by program end are required, with potential for growth into a GM position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Coach and train teams to deliver high quality food and service.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management and GM readiness.
