Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Addison, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader who will progress toward a General Manager role. You will manage day‑to‑day operations at a home bakery and support nearby locations as needed under a GM development plan.

Shifts start as early as 3am; you will lead by example, coach teams, handle inventory and scheduling, and develop brand leadership as you advance to a bakery GM when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred (min 2 years).
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan, if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and safe, clean store environment.
• Participate in GM development plan and prepare for permanent GM promotion when available.
• Early shifts begin as early as 3am and may include weekends.
