Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Addison, TX is seeking District Shift Leaders to participate in a General Manager development plan and learn to lead a bakery as a future GM. You’ll begin with management duties at a home location and may support other bakeries in the market.

Shifts start as early as 3am; you’ll lead by example, coach teams, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment while pursuing a GM promotion within the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Traveling provides opportunity to gain independence and learn from other leaders in the area.
• Lead by example, act as a brand ambassador, and provide coaching and training for teams.
• Learn to manage inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of the GM development plan.
• Work toward GM promotion within the market when available.
