Job summary

Bagel Brands in Spring, TX is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and prepare to lead a bakery. You will manage day-to-day operations at a home location and assist other bakeries in the market, supporting teams to deliver high-quality bagels and consistent guest experiences.

This role requires early hours (as early as 3am), leadership experience, a high school diploma, and a path to a General Manager promotion within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level operations at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams and act as brand ambassador.
• Oversee early-morning shifts (as early as 3am) and ensure high-quality food and a clean store environment.
• Assist in the GM development plan, including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management.
• Support scheduling and recruiting of quality team members.
