DSMs travel daily to dealerships, work with management on action plans, analyze profitability, support marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with Mazda programs while maintaining strong dealer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience, with a proven track record of success
• 2+ years in a sales related capacity; previous wholesale automotive experience preferred
• 4+ years overall work experience
• 3+ years in a demonstrated Leadership role

Aufgaben

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to advance dealer service and parts operations.
• Assist in action plans to improve customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability.
• Perform profitability analysis and consultations to drive revenue and control costs while maintaining customer experience.
• Review reports, scores, trends, and customer comments to identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Make recommendations to drive increased service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory business.
• Support and implement national and regional service and parts marketing plans.
• Review weekly dealer contacts and ensure policy compliance.
