Job summary

Mazda North American Operations seeks a District Service Manager to interface with Mazda dealers, driving service quality, profitability and loyalty across the region.

The DSM will build strong dealer relationships, support action plans to enhance service and parts operations, and review performance data to drive improvements in customer experience and revenue. Travel daily; remote work supported in listed states.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License for state of residence (required).
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen in dealership operations.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with dealers, staff and senior management.
• Computer knowledge including spreadsheet and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service and parts operations.
• Work with dealership management to execute action plans for better customer experience and profitability.
• Perform profitability reviews to help drive revenue while maintaining service retention.
• Review reports and trends to identify gaps and implement best practices.
• Review available reports and results regularly in preparation to make recommendations during weekly dealer visits.
