Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business admin, automotive tech, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years' overall experience with leadership roles.
• 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; wholesale automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with dealer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to advance service and parts operations.
• Lead action plans with dealership management to improve customer experience and profitability.
• Perform profitability reviews to help dealers drive revenue while maintaining service quality.
• Review reports and dealer feedback to identify gaps and implement best practices; travel weekly.
