Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services seeks a results-oriented individual to partner with the District Manager in recruiting, training and supervising agents to grow the agency. The role focuses on expanding the FBFS Agency sales force and maximizing Property/Casualty and Life sales.

The candidate should have a college degree (Business or Marketing preferred) with 3 years relevant experience, insurance/financial services background, and licensing or plans to obtain it.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience.
• Insurance/financial services and sales or related experience preferred.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three months).
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Partner with District Manager to recruit new agents, train, drive sales and supervise the agency.
• Utilize our recruiting process to identify and recruit qualified new agents to grow FBFS Agency sales.
• Aim to maximize Property/Casualty and Life sales through agency development.
