Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a results-driven Agency Manager to partner with the District Manager, recruiting and training new agents while driving sales and supervising the agency team. You will help grow the FBFS Agency’s Property/Casualty and Life sales through leadership and hands-on coaching.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years of relevant experience, plus insurance/financial services licensing.

Qualifications

• Institutional college degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required.
• Insurance/financial services and sales or related experience preferred.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo).
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the District Manager to recruit new agents and grow the agency.
• Provide training and development to agents; drive sales performance and supervise agency activities.
• Utilize the recruiting process to identify qualified candidates and build the sales force.
