Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant District Manager to partner with the District Manager in all aspects of the agency, including recruiting new agents, training, driving sales and supervisory tasks. You will work to grow the FBFS Agency sales force and maximize Property/Casualty and Life sales.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent plus relevant experience, with insurance/financial services and sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required.
• Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience preferred.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo).
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agents and train them to meet performance metrics.
• Drive sales and supervise agency operations to achieve targets.
• Partner with District Manager to grow Property/Casualty and Life sales.
• Oversee recruitment process to build a strong agency workforce.
