Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a results-oriented professional to partner with the District Manager to recruit and supervise agents, train staff, drive sales, and oversee agency operations in the assigned territory.

The role focuses on recruiting new agents through our process, growing the FBFS Agency sales force, and maximizing Property/Casualty and Life insurance sales, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required
• Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience preferred
• Licensed in all product lines preferred
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo)
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required

Responsibilities

• Partner with the District Manager in all aspects of the business to meet key performance metrics
• Recruit new agents using the established process to grow FBFS Agency sales force
• Train and supervise agency staff to maximize Property/Casualty and Life sales
