Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a results-driven professional to recruit and train new agents, increase agency sales, and supervise daily operations. You will partner with the District Manager to achieve performance goals and expand the FBFS Agency sales force across P/C and Life products.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo).
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR required.
