Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking an Assistant District Manager to partner with the District Manager in recruiting, training and supervising an agency to meet performance goals. The role focuses on growing the FBFS Agency sales force across Property/Casualty and Life products.

The candidate should have a college degree (Business/Marketing preferred) with relevant experience, and may require FINRA licenses and a valid driver’s license. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required
• Licensed in all product lines preferred
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo)
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agents, train and supervise the agency team
• Drive sales and performance metrics for the agency
• Work with District Manager on recruiting, onboarding and development of agents

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent)
