Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in Arizona is seeking an Assistant District Manager to partner with the District Manager to recruit, train and supervise an agency, driving sales of Property/Casualty and Life products.

Ideal candidates hold a college degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience; FINRA licenses or ability to obtain; valid driver's license; strong leadership and sales skills; hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three months)

Responsibilities

• Partner with District Manager to meet performance metrics.
• Recruit new agents and train them within the agency system.
• Perform supervisory tasks and drive sales of Property/Casualty and Life products.
