Spectrum Brands' Home & Garden division in the United States seeks a District Sales Representative to service major retail accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory, ensuring account initiatives align with company goals.

You will build relationships with store management, execute merchandising plans, and identify opportunities to maximize display space and product availability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or additional training preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Merchandising: meeting or exceeding sales goals by maintaining store presentation standards through resets, fixture installation, store sets, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, shelf maintenance, display maintenance and POP installation.
• Relationships: building constructive customer relationships and teaming with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals, and providing product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Education and Experience Profile: high school diploma or GED; 1–2 years sales/retail; leadership experience preferred.
