Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big-box accounts, including The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory.

Your responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, driving planogram compliance, and building strong store relationships. You will lead with product knowledge, train store personnel, and execute replenishment orders to grow sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by maintaining store presentation standards and inventory.
• Plan store visits and execute planograms.
• Build relationships with store management and train staff.
• Place replenishment orders and identify opportunities for incremental display space.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and travel requirements.
• Assist retail consumers with product selection and purchase.
