Job summary

Spectrum Brands seeks a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big-box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart. You will work under the Area Sales Manager within an established territory, driving sales initiatives and maintaining account integrity.

Responsibilities include in-store merchandising, planogram execution, building store relationships, and providing product knowledge to staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years sales/retail experience preferred.
• Associate degree or additional training beyond high school preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Service Spectrum Brands Home & Garden products at national big-box accounts (The Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart).
• Meet or exceed sales goals through in-store execution, planograms and displays.
• Build relationships with store management and key decision makers.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Identify opportunities to drive incremental sales and margin growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
