Job summary

Spectrum Brands, Inc is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at major retail accounts. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and work within an established territory to drive sales opportunities and maintain account initiatives.

You will build relationships with store management, perform merchandising tasks, and ensure compliance with company values and policies while supporting customers and retailers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or additional training preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience suggested; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales goals by maintaining store presentation standards.
• Plan store visits for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Execute planograms first; seek opportunities to drive margin growth.
• Build relationships with store management and key decision makers.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
• Assist customers with Spectrum Brands products and drive sales.
