Swan Analytical USA is seeking a District Sales Manager in the Memphis area to drive growth in analytical instrumentation. You’ll build a regional pipeline, deliver technical demos, and negotiate contracts with customers and partners.

The role suits a technically minded sales professional who can couple science with business, travel regionally, and coordinate with experts while growing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or related field preferred.
• Sales experience in analytical instrumentation or technical fields is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions.
• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.
• Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
• Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
